On average, our candles burn between 30–40 hours. For the longest and cleanest burn, always follow the care instructions provided.

Simply place a wax melt in a wax burner (either electric or tealight-based). As it warms, it will release fragrance into your space. Each melt can be reused until it no longer gives off scent.

Our products are made with care and high-quality ingredients. However, some essential oils can be sensitive for pets, especially cats and dogs. We recommend using fragrances in well-ventilated areas and keeping pets away from open flames or burners.

Yes! We prioritize using soy-based wax, high-quality fragrance oils, and natural essential oils whenever possible. This ensures a cleaner burn and a long-lasting scent throw.

Our products are designed to fill a room without being overpowering. The scent throw depends on the product type, room size, and ventilation. Wax melts usually release fragrance faster, while candles give a slower, more ambient scent.

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
• Let the candle burn until the top layer of wax melts evenly.
• Never leave a candle unattended or burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains.

Yes! You can re-melt wax until the fragrance fades. Once it no longer gives off scent, allow it to cool, remove it from the burner, and replace with a fresh melt.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but are typically 2–5 business days within Malta and longer for international orders.

Due to the nature of home fragrance items, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or defective on arrival. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
